Why Choose a Coach?
A life coach’s purpose is to help you find your path to excellence. Most greats have coaches; this includes athletes, performers, and physicians to name a few.  A coach helps you improve yourself and your life.

If you want to be great at something, you can’t expect different results from the same behavior.  A coach helps you change your behavior to achieve excellence.  That’s where I come in.

What is the difference between a coach and a therapist?

Counseling looks at your past, coaches look to your future.  A therapist helps you work through and heal the wounds and experiences of the past. A coach works with you to move forward in life to reach your dreams.

What is a life Coach?

A life coach is a professional who helps you reach your goal/s, improve yourself and your work. A person who counsels and encourages clients on matters having to do with careers or personal challenges.

What to expect working with me?

-Together we create strategies designed for success.
-I work to keep you motivated toward attaining your goal.
-Together we face the biggest challenges, which include overcoming obstacles, navigating change, and moving through fear.
-I offer an objective perspective without opinion, bias, or judgment. I lead you to your answers; I never advise.
-I will always be prepared, on time, and professional.

Sessions run for 60 mins, by phone or in person. Although I prefer in person, video calling is a great alternative.

Although we are working closely together it important to keep a professional relationship. The depth of sharing often feels like friendship, however, clear and professional boundaries are upheld.
